Due to the particular nature of the product, each shipment will be individually treated.

Delivery Policy

In order to correctly prepare the art pieces, the custom-made packaging and the related documentation, delivery may last up to few months.

Each shipment is certified and provides insurance in case of loss or damage. We partner with the best shipping companies in order to bring our customers the most reliable service.
Our shipping agent will contact you, providing the tracking number and all the needed details to follow up your shipment.

Customs costs will be charged to the client during the delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.

Pejac.es reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Pejac.es.
